Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Pay Range: $45-$52 per hour

Location: Routt or Moffat Counties ​​

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver in-home patient care based on individualized care plans.

Assess and address patient care needs, including monitoring for changes in condition and providing appropriate support for daily living and health management.

Administer medications, including insulin, and perform diagnostic tests (e.g., blood pressure, glucose, wound assessments).

Monitor patient progress, address caregiver concerns, and update physicians and Blue Skies Nursing supervisors as needed.

Educate caregivers and families about care routines, aftercare, and health management.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize care plans and provide recommendations for enhanced healthcare.
What You’ll Bring:​

Qualifications: Active RN license, CPR certification

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or relevant training.

Skills: Strong assessment, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Requirements: Reliable transportation, auto insurance and a valid driver’s license.

Flexibility: Are able to at least 10 hours per week and work some nights and weekends.
