Blue Skies Nursing offers in-home peritoneal dialysis, a flexible and empowering treatment option for those with chronic kidney disease. We work around your schedule and provide all the necessary equipment for a stress-free treatment experience. Maintain your independence while receiving compassionate care and support from our experienced team to ensure your health and well-being.
Personalized Care Plans
The Blue Skies Team will work with your nephrologist to create a tailored care plan for you or your loved one. This includes education and training, administration of dialysis, solution and supply inventory, nutrition and dietary/fluid needs, monthly lab testing and assisting with your monthly doctor's appointments. Our team currently provides in-home peritoneal dialysis and will provide home hemodialysis in 2025.
