Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Type:  Part-Time/PRN (5-20 hours/week)

​

Pay Range:  $60-$70 per hour

​

Location: Routt or Moffat Counties â€‹â€‹

​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-home speech-language pathology services based on individualized care plans

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

  • Develop and implement personalized therapy goals, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on patient progress.

  • Monitor changes in patient condition, address caregiver concerns, and communicate updates to physicians and Blue Skies Nursing supervisors.

  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques, home exercise programs, and strategies to support communication and swallowing at home.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and recommend enhancements to overall care plans.

 

What You’ll Bring:​

  • Qualifications: Active SLP license, CPR certification

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or relevant training.

  • Skills: Strong assessment, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Traits: Compassionate, resilient, and adaptable to varying patient needs.

  • Requirements: Reliable transportation, auto insurance and a valid driver’s license.
