Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Type: Part-Time/PRN (5-20 hours/week)

Pay Range: $60-$70 per hour

Location: Routt or Moffat Counties ​​

Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-home speech-language pathology services based on individualized care plans

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

Develop and implement personalized therapy goals, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on patient progress.

Monitor changes in patient condition, address caregiver concerns, and communicate updates to physicians and Blue Skies Nursing supervisors.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques, home exercise programs, and strategies to support communication and swallowing at home.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and recommend enhancements to overall care plans.
What You’ll Bring:​

Qualifications: Active SLP license, CPR certification

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or relevant training.

Skills: Strong assessment, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Requirements: Reliable transportation, auto insurance and a valid driver’s license.
